I used Sensation Foods Catering for a baby shower I planned back in July. Their name lives up to the hype, they are sensational! I worked with Logan, who was the most patient person on the planet as I changed the menu 3 times! Each time he was helpful and quickly sent out a new invoice. He worked within my budget and made great suggestions for food to fit our brunch theme. On the day of the event, the food arrive promptly and was setup very quickly. I tried the plain bagel, muffin, chocolate croissant, danish, mixed fruits, and yogurt fruit cup with granola. Plain Bagel: Subpar. Too chewy. Muffin: Fluffy, moist, and tasty. This was my favorite of the things I tried. Chocolate Croissant: Good but nothing special. Quality is comparable to supermarket bought croissants rather than a fresh croissant from a bakery. Danish: Too sweet so I wasn’t a fan. Mixed Fruits: They weren’t that sweet, but you can never go wrong with fruits to balance out the heavier foods. I booked Sensational Foods for my son's first holy communion this past Sunday. Since I had to be at church, they kindly took care of all the setup. I collaborated with Conor on the menu, and he and Michaela handled the party arrangements. Everyone had wonderful things to say about the food. I had a color theme for the event and requested blue frosting on the cupcakes; they turned out perfectly! In our home, the chicken parmesan is considered the best we've ever had.

I was looking for a caterer for a Retirement Party. Conor replied to my my response left on their website. What I thought was a very positive phone conversation about the event, did not turn out that way. He led me to believe I would receive a proposal in the mail a few days later. Nothing came. I reached back out to him to make sure it was sent and no reply. I guess he screens potential clients by event or through the phone.
Each year, I host a Thanksgiving dinner I call Friendsgiving—no immediate family, no TV, no football—and it has become a neighborhood tradition. I cherish that beautiful, formal, quiet, and traditional meal from my childhood, and Sensational Foods consistently delivers a remarkable experience for me and my 11 friends. Their menu makes everything fabulous and takes the stress off the host. Five stars without question.
I’ve worked with sensational foods for a few years now catering our companies Thanksgiving celebration. They are always accommodating, reliable, and the food is great! Xiomara is always so kind, efficient, and helpful! Would definitely recommend!!
The staff is amazing, and the food is truly sensational! There's always more than enough, along with plenty of napkins and serving utensils. I highly recommend this place. Connor is the best! Be sure to tell them Dot from EDC sent you!
