The menu clearly states that one substitution is allowed per salad. When I asked to substitute avocado for the apple, I was abruptly informed that there would be an extra charge. I pointed out that the menu didn’t mention anything about premium or non-premium items, and I wasn’t asking for a protein. Their response was dismissive. Eventually, they agreed to make the substitution this time. I thanked them and ended up paying $35 for two Brussels and Kale Quinoa salads. However, when I went to eat my salads, I discovered there was no avocado and the unwanted apple was still there. They misled me and simply took my money. The salad itself was good, but if I had known they wouldn’t replace the a...

I browsed through 5 to 8 different restaurants at the airport before choosing Ladle Leaf. The variety of healthy options, like bowls, salads, and soups, really caught my eye. I was pleased to see tofu on the menu and decided to try the Asian tofu salad. It was packed with greens, cabbage, carrots, edamame, crunchy wontons, and a sesame ginger dressing. I can honestly say it was one of the most flavorful salads I've ever had! The portion sizes were generous, making it a great value. I also sampled a bowl of the tomato bisque, which was absolutely delicious. It came with a baguette and was garnished with cilantro, which added a lovely touch. I would happily dine at this restaurant even if it w...

Still one of my favorite casual dining places at SFO. Located in Terminal 3 (United) it's easy to find in the circle food court. They change up the menu seasonally and it's always fresh with fresh ingredients and a nice variety of classics like chicken noodle and.clam chowder to more adventurous flavors like chicken took a masala... Since it has been re-branded from the former San Francisco Soup Company, our now offers a great selection of salads and bowls too. Reasonably priced for airport food- currently ,around $9.50 for a large soup (very filling) and about $12 for a hearty salad. It makes for a crowd pleaser and easy in the pocket book. Ask for a sample when you're there!

Fabulous healthy and tasty food at sfo. The ladies there were so nice and let me try the vegetarian corn chowder soup before getting it. It tasted amazing. I also got a side of avocado. The soup comes with a side of sour dough bread. My job is literally killing me. This was the first meal of my day- after missing my flight due to work going three hours late. As I wait for my next flight I will have a comforting meal and also compose an email to try to get equitable treatment at work. No, not try, DO. Réservez une table maintenant

Ordered the cioppino. The description said it was loaded with scallops, shrimp, and cod, but there was not a single piece of seafood in mine. I asked for another bowl, and they really tried to scoop up as much of the stuff as possible, which I appreciated, but I only saw a single scallop and no shrimp or cod. It was mostly just vegetables.

I grabbed a salad from here while I was rushing to catch my flight. The salads were made to order and were made quickly which I appreciated. The Thai chicken salad was huge and decent. It is airport food, so set expectations accordingly.

Had to get something to eat and settled with soup and oj. Quite possibly the worst oj I've ever had. Almost tasted spoiled but I think it was just the low quality. Oh well.

The soup and salad are decent if you're at the airport. I've been here a few times, and it has become my go-to place for a quick meal before a flight. Réservez une table maintenant

Somehow the avocado was the warmest part of avocado toast. Weird stuff. Hey, at least the service was fast!
