Shack Cafe - Réservation de table

We decided to visit a local cafe for a late breakfast/early lunch and chose the Shack Cafe. It turned out to be a fantastic choice. The Shack Cafe is a traditional, old-fashioned English cafe that serves delicious home-cooked English food. I ordered the all-day breakfast which included 2 sausages, 2 bacon strips, 2 eggs, tomatoes, beans, mushrooms, chips, and two slices of bread with butter, along with a cup of tea with free refills. The meal was cooked perfectly and tasted great, all for just £7.00. My wife and daughter also enjoyed their meals, which were also good value. We will definitely be returning to the Shack Cafe soon.

Wow, I visited this restaurant with friends after a night out and had the best breakfast in a long time. The staff was friendly, the service was great, and all the food was hot and delicious. The prices were reasonable, the portion sizes were generous, and I loved the decor. Thank you to the ladies for serving amazing food in a clean environment at great prices. I also didn't experience any stomach upset the next day, which usually happens after having a full English breakfast. Overall, it was a brilliant experience. Thank you! XXX

Finally venturing to places now lockdown is over and while planning a sunday morning motorbike rideout with some friends, I thought we'd go to the Shack cafe as I'd not been there before. My 1st review in quite some time so thought I'd share my experience. We sat outside and was taken care of quickly, making the service helpful, friendly, polite, thus, Great. Food was smashing. Don't let the transport cafe aesthetic fool you. Top notch. Been there again since as my mate wanted to eat there again, never a bad idea. Will visit again

This transport cafe has been in the same location, unchanged for over 50 years. I recently stopped in for lunch and was impressed by the friendly staff and the traditional transport cafe food. The portions were huge - I ordered breakfast #2 and it was more than I could finish. It included fried bread, 2 sausages, 2 fried eggs, mushrooms, 2 rashers of back bacon, and a grilled fresh tomato (tinned tomato also available). I chose to skip the baked beans and just have the tomato. Réservez une table maintenant

Can not praise this place enough, Laura and her girls do a awesome job. We have become regular visitors, and after a bad round of golf they are definitely a light at the end off the tunnel, always so happy, and nothing is too much trouble. They do the best poached eggs, have paid twice the price at other places, and they are not a patch on the shacks. Well done girls and thank you

I decided to change up my usual breakfast routine and joined a friend who frequents The Shack. We both ordered Bacon Sandwiches and a cup of tea. Laura and her team were welcoming as always when we walked in. The Shack has a unique charm that is hard to find elsewhere. Congratulations on serving the best Bacon Sandwich around!

We ordered all day breakfasts and they were absolutely huge. Despite being big eaters, we couldn't finish our meals. We highly recommend this restaurant for its good value and great staff.
