Tonight, I finally got to go to Shan Shan Noodle.I am obsessed with Asian food, and this place may be the best Chinese food I’ve had in YEARS. I was so excited,I forgot to take photos! The beef scallion pancakes were crispy, and tender at the same time-with a hoi sin sauce inside-just outstanding. The noodles are perfect (had the hand pulled with hot oil—perfectly spiced, delicious) soup dumplings, Kung Pao chicken (the absolute best I’ve ever had) and beef fried rice. The beef fried rice was different than any other iteration of this dish I’ve had -almost in a sauce- with beef that had that “wok hai” -or “breath of the wok” that every cook tries to attain. My family and I have been coming here for several years now and we are so thankful we have found this place! It is a very friendly atmosphere and the food is out of this world! One of my favorites is the Beef Fried Noodles and I highly recommend it. The Scallion Pancakes are also very delicious! The restaurant makes their own hand pulled noodles from scratch and you can watch the process from your table or at the window up close! Such a unique place and I love it so much!
Since we discovered Shan Shan 2 years ago we try to make the 45 min drive as often as possible. My wife and I love the spicy wontons, spicy beef noodle soup and the spicy pork with noodle dish. My 1 year old goes crazy for the wonton soup. We have to get extras to bring home. Everytime we go we feel like family. Really great people. And don't forget to try the bakery a few doors down!
Always amazing service here. They treat us and our toddler like family. The food is tremendous (I always go with the hand pulled noodles) and comes out quick and perfect temperature. Also highly recommend the scallion pancake appetizer! Always can't wait to return to Shan Shan.

Authentic Chinese cuisine. Best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Everything tastes so fresh and delicious, they give large portions, and it’s affordable. Staff was also very kind and helpful. Will be coming back!!
Absolutely loved the authenticity this restaurant has to offer. My friend and I will be coming back! Their handpulled noodles and soup dumplings were very tasty.
Good large soups, fast service, lots of meat in soups, cheap. Interior of restaurant isn't too fancy. Homely quality. Friendly staff.
