Normally we love eating there but the past two times it has been absolutely awful. Cold greasy and very much not worth 39.00 !!!!! We were the only people there soooooooooooooooo What does that say Also they weren't doing anything but playing around. At 7:30 not even late. So expensive for the quality!!! And the employees stayed on their phones. We let them know it was cold and they did not care. I called when I got home hoping to reach the owner only to get the manager who kept telling me to watch my attitude basically. As if it couldn't get worse she informed me she was present in the kitchen when our food was prepared. ? Terrible customer service!!!! Never shall they ever get another dime. Can't get over the cocky uncaring manager. Good luck if you risk it in Shane's rib shack.
For about 22$ I got some mediocre BBQ that Charlotte area had to offer. Best thing on the plate was the Brunswick stew which was perfectly seasoned and had substance, so hats off to them for that. But the rest...... slap in the face. Ribs tasted as if they were oven baked and then tossed on the grill afterwards for some sort of excuse to be classified into bbq. But hey maybe my knowledge of bbq is trash and it 's personal preference to have something of actual bbq.
Never order online!!! I waited for 15-20 minutes. What is the point of setting up a pick-up time if it will not be ready when it is time? The whole time I heard was that these girls curse and talk so unprofessional in the kitchen to hear for the whole place. Is that what these geese tastes? ? Put salt on these f-sized pommes? yadda, yadda, yadda? so unprofessional!!!
The food is hardly mediocre. I ordered the BBQ cheeseries and they came out cold with cold shredded cheese. The service was very good and we enjoyed the young lady who waited for us, but others than she really did not have any redeeming factors about the food there. On the top of the food is simply ok, hardly paleable it was excessively expensive!
