We were really looking forward to lunch on Thursday, and we were the first to enter the restaurant, even though we had lined up before the restaurant opened! We were very upset when the waitress asked us to give up our seats to a group of five women who arrived more than 15 minutes after us. Our child was very happy to have a seat by the window with a good view, so why should we be treated like this when we were the first to arrive? It's very disappointing.Wasn’t there something the restaurant could have done, like taking orders and making customers wait in their cars? Wasn’t it the restaurant's fault that the operation was slow, lunch was served slowly, and the seats were full? I felt so ba...
Celebrated my birthday with a group of friends here and I must say, the whole experience was incredible! The “effortless” manner in which the staff executed a truly remarkable dining experience is a testament to the skill of both the Chefs as well as the FOH team experience. It is one of the few restaurants we return to regularly and they never disappoint. Thank you for sharing your skills and traditions with us diners.
It just doesn't get much better than this! A little pricey? Yes...but you get what you pay for...just like anything in life. We typically sit at the sushi bar...and we enjoy the show. The service is impeccable, the food is fresh...this is authentic Japanese food. Most of the patrons are locals...there's the proof! They also own Kitchen Hanzo (a few doors down) which will reopen May 2024. Can't wait to try that out.

Regular sushi place that is very overpriced for what was served. I called about a reservation and the manager made it sound like the place was packed….. it was half empty. Ended up paying $300+ for an experience I could’ve gotten somewhere for half that price in the Midwest.
