The atmosphere is the highlight of this restaurant, the food is definitely enhanced by the experience of sitting on the second level. However, the price of the food feels as though I'm paying for the experience of sitting in a beautiful venue.The menu is limited, even after their 4:30 PM selection. The prices to me were selectively reasonable, but the portions aren't too bad. The onion rings were my favourite part of my experience, but the quiche I ordered was surprisingly good! I was hesitant to visit this restaurant at first due to some of the reviews I had read. Maybe it was just a bad day for the staff or the restaurant was busier than usual, I'm not sure. However, my experience turned out to be quite pleasant. The service was excellent, our server was attentive, timed everything perfectly, and was very friendly. The food exceeded my expectations - I tried the house burger and my family ordered chicken wings, fish and chips, and lasagna. All dishes were delicious and I would recommend them. We planned to eat inside this restaurant. The restaurant does look beautiful, it looks like a restaurant and terrace in France. The server was really kind! Only once we had our table, we noticed that the music was só loud. You couldn’t have a normal conversation, and the choice of music doesn’t fit the ambiance of the restaurant at all. I would say, if you like club music please go and eat inside. If you do not, I wouldn’t go in. We kindly asked if it was possible to turn the music down just a bit (we were the only customers inside), but that wasn’t possible. We won’t be back and we left to dine at a nice Italian restaurant down the street. With good music ?

This restaurant was the most beautiful one I visited in the area. However, the blonde, tall staff member was unkind. She didn't come to our table until I asked for the receipt, and when she finally did, she didn't wait for my response before asking if I needed a receipt. I am not fluent in English and am not familiar with Canadian culture as I am an international visitor. Despite this, I felt that her behavior was rude. I had a fantastic experience dining at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the prices were very reasonable, making it a great value. What really stood out was the exceptional staff; they were incredibly attentive and made our visit memorable. The restaurant's ambiance with its lovely decor added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Niagara-on-the-Lake area. It's a wonderful place to enjoy great food and top-notch service.

The ambience of this restaurant is the ONLY thing they have going for them. The service and food were terrible. Our waitress never checked on us, and when we would ask for something, she would be bothered by the ask. The food was a slight step above fast food. Honestly, I think fast food would’ve been better (and cheaper for sure).If you are looking to have a nice meal while visiting NOTL; make sure to dine somewhere else. The entire experience ruined our day.

Although this restaurant has a great appearance, the quality of the food is very poor. We ordered three burgers, pasta, a chicken wrap, and fish and chips. All three burgers were extremely dry, as shown in the pictures. The pasta was just okay, but at least it was better than the $25 burgers. If you're craving a wrap for lunch, McDonald's has a better version.

The restaurant had a poorly trained young waitress who made us wait and did not know how to ring a gift card. Instead of finding out, she asked us for another form of payment. We wasted almost $300 for 4 people in a beautiful looking location with terrible service. Niagra-on-the-Lake tourists should avoid this spot as it is not worth it. Skip this restaurant. The restaurant has a lovely exterior and offers friendly service. It is situated in a fantastic location. However, the food is just average and comes at a higher price point than expected.
