I give 2 stars because of the laziness of ONE employees, it would have been 5 plus if not for them. We had a large group of people we celebrated a birthday of 3 years. Our waitress was well organized by FANTASTIC. I had a problem with the card machine a young lady helped me quickly. So I have no complaints about the actual customer service. My problem was with a lady who welcomed people who answered the phone. We used bowling alleys 1 2, when we all left, we had forgotten a big birthday bag with several gift cards with money. I called to ask if they could check the bowling alleys 1 2, she said that a few minutes later she came back said, I'm sorry if we find that we call you suspended, but I...
In the bar to enjoy the night and let go of the stress of the day. When we sit down, the ladies who lean at the bar didn't even meet a hallo. Never came to ask us what we wanted until I said why they did not take our drinks order after 10-15 minutes, obviously was enough to hear our conversation, but serve not paying customers. As a full-time mother, trying to enjoy little time, I will never bring my business back here. Especially to the bar.
I would prefer Rockwall to host a traditional sporting bowling alley without all the bells and whistles. I can see where they were attempting to go with the concept, similiar to a Main Event. However, they missed the mark because often it seems to provide an enviornment more similiar to a Chuck E Cheese. A nice place to take the family after Sunday morning church.
