Rudi was our chef for Valentine’s Day and he did a FANTASTIC JOB so funny and so talented. Would definitely come just to request him again. Only reason why I’m giving two stars is because somehow me and my boyfriend were stuck paying $22 for shrimp fried rice!? I’ve been to many different restaurants like this one and usually the shrimp fried rice compared to regular fried rice is like a 3 dollar uncharge. I just wish our server would’ve told us something.
We were a party of 13 and were sat almost immediately (we had reservations). the wait staff was on top of everything, top notch! the food was delicious and great show put on for us by Chef Rudy. Rudy catered to adults and kids alike, Super entertaining. We went on a Thursday evening so there was more than sufficient parking.
We came to Shima for a birthday celebration and it was really fun. The cook was so entertaining and the servers kept all of us happy. They have a full bar and the drinks were really good. They provided a birthday treat w a candle and sang happy birthday. Had an all around great time. Will be back.
