Sho sushi is a locally owned Japanese restaurant located in Newmarket, right beside Kawartha ice cream! Although the interior is small, cozy with a few tables, they are very popular as seats started to fill up as we ordered, and there were many takeout/delivery orders. Also, the only female server there also very courteous and friendly as well :)Their menu features a good range of Japanese drinks, snacks, sashimi, rolls, maki etc. We got three orderes of salmon sashimi, one order of tamago, plus salmon teriyaki. We are regulars at Sho Sushi (once a week or every other week) and absolutely love it. So much so that we always sit at the same table (back corner). Local, family owned. Incredible customer service from start to finish. They put a lot of care into the dishes they create and serve. Responsive, attentive. Clean and quaint restaurant. Highly recommend for dine in or take out. A wonderful establishment for Newmarket and one we will continue to frequent. Dōmo arigatō!!

I can’t stop going here. The rolls taste soooo good and they are HUGE! I come here almost every week because I am always craving this place. I recommended this place to all my friends and family and they ALL love it!!! Réservez une table maintenant

Always a great place for me to go hungry and leave full. I find all their sushi I've tried so far is fresh, flavored so good, healthy and priced just right too. I always look forward to comming back for more.

This is a fantastic sushi restaurant in Newmarket. The server who attended to us was extremely attentive to our needs. As for vegetarian options, their vegetarian dinner set was excellent!
