Caution! Avoid dining here! The restaurant collaborates with a towing company that has staff stationed in regular cars in the parking lot, watching and waiting to tow vehicles. We spent an hour enjoying our meal and drinks, only to discover that our car was towed just 10 minutes after we settled our bill. The tow company refused to consider our restaurant receipt. After being directed by Vic's to contact the restaurant, we were told that they had no involvement and could not assist us. There was a lot of blame being passed around, but no one was willing to take responsibility. This feels like a scam!
I go out to eat a lot and try new places in this place to vibe the atmosphere the ambience the servers, the cooks the waitresses. The bartenders were all very inviting nice polite vibes, and attitudes throughout the whole entire place and great food and great cocktails, and margaritas. Vibes all night long . Great service, cook came out he was very friendly and was attentive as for our server she was great very attentive . Came here to cook after a good scare of the 13th floor . I will definitely be back. Great atmosphere and to watch a good baseball game. Anyone reading this definitely worth coming. Food and service went down substantially since my last visit. Was looking forward to a Chicago layover because the food had been so good here before.Fire cracker shrimp appetizer tasted like it was from a frozen box, stuffed mushrooms were not flavorful, fish and chips were dry and overcooked and the burger wasn't even good. We were quite disappointed, maybe they had a new cook.

Food was okay, decent service but the place HAS MICE INFESTATION. If the dining area is this unhygienic I'm scared to imagine what the kitchen is like. Mice coming out every 20 to 30 seconds. Excellent pizza. I used to visit their original location. Friendly staff, though the bartenders were spending a bit much time chatting with each other and checking their phones, rather than monitoring their customers. I would definitely return. Very clean establishment and a great menu.
My group ate here after our event at Axeclusive next door. The service, food and atmosphere was wonderful. They give you large portions at a reasonable price. Everyone in my had a awesome time. We definitely will be going back in the near future!
