short staff, but this is not an excuse (I will work out at the end). the host did not want to tell us that we checked in the lobby on the touchpad. we felt kind of stupid for the lack of the huge screen, but still, another customer told us that we checked there and then noticed that it was incredible that she ignored us. literally we felt like we didn't exist while we were standing right in front of her. on the culinary experience! our waiter was directly not in the regular problem when they are busy, I get it. had to go to him to get utenli and beverage refills, which is not in the rule the expectation even for a busy restaurant (although I counted 6 tables without diner, and we waited to s...
Good and chef were great but our waiter was not. My daughter’s mini corn dogs and fries didn’t come out and when I asked the waiter when I saw him after our hibachi food was cooked, he said he would check but never came back to me. I had to find someone else to ask again and she brought the meal out about 5 min later. Very disappointed it took 30 min for something so simple and a crying, hungry child… and you get charged 18% gratuity regardless… very disappointed in those 2 things!!
Oh, I'm crazy. So I didn't want to check the place at all. even today. so I went on a Wednesday afternoon at 1130ish. they have a robot. Okay, cool. the floors are sticky. they need a good cleaning. I ordered a dry martini. gurkensalat and the las vegas roll. my bill was 38 and something changed. on my credit card has grown a fee of $150 seriously? I tipped that guy $50. that's not close to what's on my card. I'm going to go on today. either reimburse the card or I push the fees.
Yes, eating is good, but the service is terrible. I had planned a perfect date night with my man and was waiting for 15 minutes. waited an hour and half an hour when he sat another half an hour. About 15 people who came in after us (coppers and other groups), sat before us. we had to pick up our daughter and never eat. if we had known from the beginning that it would have been forever, we would have found another place to eat. a terrible service. we were told at 620pm, it would be a 20-minute waiting time, which turned into a table in 2 hours and then wait another 20 minutes until the waiter even approached our table. they don't eat everything here is done at their time. we understand personal questions, but this place needs better communication and realistic waiting times. eating is really not worth the price we paid. we will never go back.
The kids request to come here for the hibachi, and we will continue to do so! Aside from the friendly service, the food is amazing and it always entertaining with the hibachi. My oldest will get sushi and she raves about it, the kids will always get noodles on the hibachi. I love the filet and scallops with fried rice. Check it out if you’re in town
We were a group of four vegetarians. They had a lot of options both sushi and fried rice items. The server Ricky was also super helpful and welcoming inspite of us showing up close to 9pm. Also, they have very good mango and strawberry boba tea. It is slightly on the sweeter side though. Definitely would go again!
