Short Fuse Brewing

Ok, landed at O 'Hare on a trip to Chicago Milwaukee and were super hungry and did not want to want until we got to Milwaukee with our rental car and Yelped around O 'Hare for a cool microbrewery restaurant for lunch and found Short Fuse. SO SO GLAD WE DID. Took the rental car over there and had an awesome round of tastings with our lunch. Short Fuze had like 24 beers on tap insane!! They have all types but we prefer dark beers (as you can see in the photo and their selection was literally over the top. You can check the menu as I am sure they change all the time. Great experience here! We did two flights and tried 14 different beers. The flight sizes were huge! Generously sized! We’ve been to different breweries, and the flights were maybe 4 oz. Not here. I’d say the flights were much larger. We also had the pizza and nachos, and both were excellent. Definitely a great place to take your friends! Ample parking! The space itself is also big, lofty, and very cool!

Uber cool spot with even cooler staff.At a loose at the end of show, I attended as a solo diner. Bar bro was supercool, welcomng and friendly, recommended great beer and burger combo, which was awesome by the way. Called for the check and it was way too cheap due to happy hour pricing. I insisted on covering the great beer tab. What a fantastic customer experience. 5 star all day long.

Absolutely great place!! The full beer strips (flights) are amazing! The food is beyond great, Chef Marion Iwanio creates magic in every dish!! Definity recommended!! Best Wishes to Short Fuse Brewering Company on their endeavour!

Wow! What a fantastic environment here. Stopped by for lunch, had great food, great service, good prices and such a fun environment and decor. All of us will be back to try new things on the menu!!!!

Learned about Short Fuse through a Groupon...wow excellent place to hang out on a Sunday afternoon. Wide range of beers and the food as excellent. Will definitely be back.

Had a great waiter, super friendly and helpful. Brought our 15 yr old son and he enjoyed the craft root beer. All the food was delicious and my husband loved the beer!

We had a Groupon for two beer tastings pizza- excellent beer Yummy pizza. Great atmosphere good service staff. Definitely will come back here!

Loved it! We both had the half flight of beer (Butternut Touch My Squash was my fave! and fantastic food! Great atmosphere!

The place was great. Live music, great staff. Also natural phenomenal beer choices. Mostly the staff was excellent!
