First time at this fun and easy to get to restaurant. Plentiful parking and not too far off the highway. Intriguing and varied menu and food and drink was top notch. Salsa was the best I've ever had! Not too spicy and super fresh tasting. I'd go back justfor the chips, salsa and margaritas! Ambience was casual while still showing some style. You knew you weren't in some ordinarychain. Friendly and experienced staff. Our server was patient with our taking forever to order and answered our many questionsabout the menu offerings without making us feel like a bother or rushed. And she managed to be there whenever we needed herwithout being obtrusive. That's talent! I will definitely make Shorty'...

Ah,some things change, but some remain the same. Unfortunately. We stopped getting take out here because, although they make good food, they always, always messed something up. This visit was no different. Got the Fiesta Burger, the description forwhich says it includes Crispy Onions. Nope. Not a single onion to be found. We also got the Crispy Shrimp Po? Boy Tacos. BecauseI had to drive some distance to my next stop I asked that they package the cold items separately from the hot. Apparently, theydon 't consider lettuce to be a cold item. Visiting from NY for the weekend and as we were coming back, we decided to stop by. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was like old diner vibes. The food was also really good! My friend got the ribs (which were definitely worth the hype) and I had the pulled pork quesadillas. Super good and bigger portions than I expected. Definitely should stop by if you want to grab a bite. They even have a rewards program!

Excellent service from all the staff, everyone is very friendly, the food is very good and the drinks are very delicious. We were 6 people who decided to go to eat at this place and the experience was very good, the management is very professional, they make sure that all customers are in a very good environment. Always love the food and value provided by Shorty's. I only have one thing to say about the last visit. I wish I had known when ordering that my salad was going to be 24 bucks when I asked for half chicken and half steak. I would have made adifferent choice. But food was still great and always enjoy going to Shorty's

Our dinner was the best way to top off a great day of hiking! The food was delicious, and Catherine was great! She seemed like she had a lot of tables, but handled them like a champ!
