Another excellent meal at Cotton. We've been times now and they've all been noteworthy experiences. We were seated immediately, there was a bit of a delay before Summer, our server, arrived but not long. She was very attentive and knowledgeable, excellent service throughout. We started with drinks, a local beer from Abel Ebenezer and a peach and orange blossom Cosmo, which arrived in a timely manner. For an appetizer we had the Tuna Tataki which was superb. A perfect, light, blend of savory, sweet, and spicy with succulent tender seared tuna. Normally my absolute favorite spot. However this last time the food was sub par. Calamari was good. Drinks were great. My husband and I both got the scallops and they were painfully over cooked, dense and rubbery. Not normal for Cotton, typically the food is absolutely on point. Our guests had the salmon and the chicken, both were reported to be great. Overall it’s my favorite local spot, I will try again. Everyone has a bad day, hopefully that’s what happened
From the beginning of the night to the end, the whole experience was beyond expectations. The serve staff was attentive without being overbearing. The food was AMAZING. The atmosphere was quiet yet communal. We ended up taking to the tables next to us about the dining experience and how absolutely wonder it was. I cannot wait to go back
