Amazing food! We stopped by while we were driving through the area. The restaurant itself is small and only has a few tables (be prepared to wait if it’s busy). We luckily did not have to wait, and we were seated quickly. Our server was friendly, but she was definitely overworked. She was trying her best to keep up with all of her tables, but they had her doing to-go orders. My mom had to wait over 20 minutes to get a coffee refill! I’m assuming they were understaffed because it was a holiday week. Our food came out after about 30 minutes. Everything was great! If you have small children, I would avoid this place at all cost. We were treated like our existence was an inconvenience from the moment we walked in the door and that our presence was an offense. Our server did her best to rectify the experience, but I truly wish we had just turned around and left. If you don’t have children and don’t mind passive aggressive or impatient comments, the food is excellent.
Friendly staff, despite some customers lame attempt at humor, which others felt was insulting and self depreciating. Thank goodness the server didn’t see the humor in it as it was distasteful and classless. My waffle and eggs were awesome and always treated well. Wish we could review fellow patrons. Most would get 5 stars but this one would get no stars for being so tacky.
We went here for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was abundant and very tasty, especially for the price point. The place is very small and quaint, which depending on how full it is might cause it to become loud. This would be the only negative aspect in my view, but we still enjoyed our morning here. I don’t give reviews but I felt l had to with this restaurant. I travel a lot and this is the first time I’ve gone out for breakfast and was immediately impressed with their food very flavorful the Louisiana Benny “Wow” and their French toast fluffy and absolutely delicious with butter and cinnamon. I’d recommend this location to anyone.
