This past weekend, my boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to an early dinner at the Puritan Backroom, and I can confidently say it was an experience to remember! We opted to sit at the bar, and right from the start, we were warmly welcomed by our server, Tyler. His friendly demeanor created an inviting atmosphere, not just for us but for everyone around. Tyler consistently checked in on us—between drinks, while we placed our food order, and even after we finished eating. His kindness and professionalism made our dining experience feel special. My first time here! My boyfriend, a Concord native, highly suggested the broiled chicken tenders in the special sauce. They were great! Awesome burgers too, especially the BBQ burger. Fresh mashed potatoes!! Our server, Kaiti, was exceptional.
