General I was a bit skeptical at the beginning if you can get really good sushi in such a small shop. I call myself an experienced sushi lover. I thought that was a cheap one. But the whole opposite is the case, the sushi was first-class fresh and in an excellent quality. We ate various niggers and the fish pieces were thick and very generously cut. From this quality and freshness, other great sushi restaurant can cut off a thick slice. I hope we'll be back soon. I can only recommend sushi lovers and beginners. I have eaten 3 different Maki Sushi (Avocado, Avocado tuna) The goods very well prepared and very fresh the avocado was perfectly ripened, which you have rarely experienced this season! The Ambiente Kleines Resturant offers approx. space for 15-20 people. Stylish furniture, just feel comfortable! We've been in the Shoryu for the last time and we've always been totally enthusiastic. As an appetizer we chose different smaller sushi this time and as a main course one of the current daily dishes. To make it short sushi and also the main dish freshly prepared and very tasty. Very good price performance ratio, from my point of view highly recommended. Nothing against the mandarin with her Maruyasu, but the two restaurants separate worlds. In the Shoryu you can see a sushi master at work. We'll definitely be back.
I was here more often than I visited Zwickau. If you are looking for Southeast Asian food or sushi in the city, you will be sure. From my point of view, I know three Asian restaurants best. We've been here more often. And it is always very delicious. Still the best souci in the room Zwickau/Chemnitz. Had no sushi for a change, but rice with chickens and I have to say for this price, I think it was 6,90 €, it is the madness what you get served there. Go on.
