Shoshaku is an amazing sushi restaurant. 5 stars, and to me 5 stars means outstanding and exceptionally good. One of the best sushi restaurants, with very good service. I would suggest getting the hot mama roll, which is a roll with seared salmon, mango, and delicious sauce. I really enjoyed the California Roll and the Shrimp Tempura Roll at this restaurant. However, the Kani Salad was lacking in flavor, which is why I only gave it 4 stars.
