The club also offers facilities for private events like weddings. In the lead-up to Christmas, the expansive grounds come to life as Guild members organize a free day for underprivileged children. Originally, this space was used for football matches, and with the growing presence of nearby industry, the club hopes to attract more visitors. In January, the club hosts delegates from Queensland, New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, and the Northern Territory for the annual Think Tank event, where the Guild provides information and support to Show Societies.
I really enjoy the Showman’s, a great little pub I visit every Friday after work for a couple of drinks with the guys. The locals are friendly, and the lovely bartenders make an effort to get to know you. The food is excellent, making it a perfect place for me to relax.

I attended a function here today and was very impressed with the function room, service and buffet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I'm already looking forward to next years event!
