I have been coming to this restaurant relatively consistently for the past 4 years or so and the quality is always top notch. Most of the food here is considered breakfast food in Taiwan, but to be honest, it's good for any meal. My personalrecommendations are the salty rice balls, the oven baked buns, and the egg crepes, but I've tried most of the items on the menuand they all taste pretty good. This is probably the closest thing to authentic Taiwanese breakfast food that you'll find inhere.
I experienced food poisoning shortly after having breakfast there, and I’m still dealing with the aftermath (I haven't had severe diarrhea in many years). I don't have a history of intolerance to meat or beans, so it’s not an allergic reaction. There seems to be a serious issue with their food handling or storage. I would advise caution, particularly when it comes to their tofu products. I suspect that the cold sweet tofu pudding and soy milk might be responsible for my symptoms.
Calling all Soybean milk drinkers, Four Sea is currently running a promo for 1 year free refill on their soy milk drink for those who purchase their Thermo at $35. I do think it is a great deal. What do you think? Will you get this deal?It has been a while since I went to Four Sea, they do have great Taiwanese breakfast items, however, it is getting very pricey, so I don't go as much as I used to.
Everything is made in-house, and it's all delicious and reasonably priced! Chinese breakfast has become my new favorite way to start the day. We ordered several dishes to share, which I believe is the best approach. Réservez une table maintenant
The restaurant offers a delightful selection of traditional dishes in a typical Taiwanese/Chinese breakfast platter. There is a parking lot available, making it convenient for takeout.

The food was great but I had a stomachache right after and did not feel good the rest of the day. I personally would caution.
The food wasn't hot when they served it. The eggs were bland. Service is surprisingly nice but the food is very so so. Réservez une table maintenant
