This is our place and we loved it! If we take away, this is our 'go to', with a family of 5 plus extended family. We inaugurated for a birthday party in April, it was excellent that we ended up... April and it was amazing. We took tonight, the same stuff we usually get, and it was terrible. Tasteless and not fresh. Even fried rice was fat. We felt as if we had leftovers or food that had been made before and reheated. We're so disappointed! My husband called her and asked if they had changed property? The answer was no, but they had made minor changes. And the cook isn't there After 18 years of living in Helensvale and going to this restaurant frequently, just let you know that it's not nice...
yes melt great on foot and the service on the phone was wonderful. I have home to share Basil Chilli beef (my fav) dry with NO taste and HA no heat at all Chicken spits were ok Honey Lemon Chicken was yum the fish...in Ginger went into the container and the vegetables in Oyster Sauce came their fate! Not oyster sauce and where were the vegetables?????? You got the jasmine rice right! I wish I read the reviews before I spent $74 plus
Staying just down the road at the Gold Coast Big 4 Holiday and needed somewhere to have a family dinner. So glad we picked Siam Orchid the meal was perfect along with the service highly recommend this restaurant BYO with no corkage so bring your own and enjoy their extensive dining menu or ever take it home.
We were staying at the Caravan Park and wandered up for some Thai food. Having lived in Thailand for 10 years we never expect much in Queensland but the food here was very good and the staff friendly. The service was quick and we brought some wine from the bottle shop next door.

Visited with a group of friends. Quick friendly service, food fresh and tasty, everyone enjoyed their meal. Wouldn't say it had the wow factor but overall very good and prices very reasonable. Decor dated but comfortable. BYO.
Only went here because our regular Thai was closed (Monday). Worst Thai we have ever had. Steamed fish with vegetables was dreadful. We left the meal uneaten.
Always delicious. Calamari salt and pepper and beef salad is amazing! Daughter loved the deep fried ice cream. Great atmosphere. Yummy Thai milk tea.
While they gave us a complimentary menu item for our large order, the Thai wasn't anything better than restaurants in the surrounding areas.
