Siam Signature Thai Restaurant

This is our go-to Thai restaurant, and we have been here many times in the past. While we used to consider it excellent, our last two visits have been a disappointment. The quality has deteriorated, and the portion sizes have become increasingly smaller. During our last visit, we ordered four dishes (Krispy Pork Belly, Pad Thai, Pad Se-ew, and Yum Neua Yang - Thai Beef Salad) for two adults, a teenager, and a young child. The portion sizes were underwhelming, with the Krispy Pork Belly being mostly carrot and a small amount of thinly sliced (not crispy) pork. The service at this restaurant was very welcoming. We enjoyed a selection of drinks, including beers rather than just bottled options. My wife's cocktail was outstanding, prepared by a talented young English bartender who clearly knew his stuff. Our starters arrived promptly, and the chicken satay and shrimp toast were absolutely delicious. The main courses were also exceptional - I particularly recommend the pad Thai and red curry. The owner apologized for any delays in service, but as they had just opened, we didn't have much of a wait at all. Overall, we had a great experience at this Thai restaurant and highly recommend it. Since our first visit in 2015 (and my first TA review), we have visited the Siam Signature several times and, apart from a front door that seems to remain open or close, it is still a winner. The food is... consistently high quality and the staff is super friendly. The door would not be such a problem except that Rocky Point Road is very busy and apart from the noise and pollution it spoils the Aircon on very hot or very cold nights. Only the door irritated, the rest is A1.

Table of 11. Variety of entre dishes. All fresh and tasty. Main dishes made up of 50 vegetarian 50 for the eat eaters. All very average Good serving of boiled rice.

We had dinner here a few days ago, not for the first time here and again a nice meal. The portions are quite large and full of taste.
