I would like to express my gratitude to Sidhu's. I placed an order online on Friday the 13th and paid for it, but the kids were so excited they couldn't wait for the collection time. I tried calling them, but I couldn’t get through, so I was worried I might have lost my money. However, I received a phone call just after the collection time informing me that my order was ready. I explained the situation to the owner, and he was very kind to refund my money. I truly appreciated it. We often order from Sidhu's and will continue to do so. Thank you once again!
I ordered food for collection, but when I arrived, the owner was very rude. He informed me that they don't accept orders for collection, which left me wondering why his staff wasn't aware of this. Despite my food being wrapped and ready, he insisted that I wait outside in line. The lack of customer service was disappointing, and it was unprofessional for the owner to use inappropriate language. I will definitely not return!
With initially having a complaint in, Sidhus dealt with it and we got another portion of Fish Chips tonight which was spot on this time. It was explained that they had a few issues on Friday, manager was lovely on the phone and it got sorted and have no complaints! thank you!
Excellent food spoiled by abysmal delivery time. Was quoted 6pm which was then revised to 6.25pm. Food eventually arrived at 6.35pm, almost two hours after ordering. Would love to order again but not if delivery time is same again

#lockdown fish and chips. delivery a little late but can be forgiven in the current situation. fish beautifully cooked and great chips. rare you get both. thank you very much #nomnom
We had a great experience on our first visit! The decor was lovely, and the food was excellent—the fish and chips were particularly delicious. Highly recommend!
