Sierra Fusion is a great restaurant! What an interesting fusion: sushi, Asian food, and Mexican food! The flavors are unique and amazing. There were so many good things on the menu we had a hard time choosing! We started with the spicy garlic edamame. It's really spicy and flavorful. We had the chicken, pork, and Bulgogi tacos. The flavor of the meats were so good and perfectly cooked. We also had the Street corn croquettes which were yummy. The spicy citrus salmon roll has such a unique flavor that was so good you have to try it. I can't wait to go back and try more things! Ask to sit in Vanessa's section. She's very friendly and has great recommendations for helping you choose!
The food is consistently delicious and the restaurant has a nice setup, especially during Covid when open. However, it's time for the menu to be updated or for more specials to be added. We frequent this establishment often, but we're starting to get bored with the current menu as we've tried everything from their excellent sushi to their delicious burger and fries.
We heard from friends of ours, that the sushi was good, and the prices were reasonable...I absolutely loved that they had a protein style sushi roll. I'm always looking for keto/no rice sushi rolls. The sashimi was delicious!!!!! We are definitely coming back!!! Seriously.....please try the protein style sushi roll...it was amazing!!
The restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere and the service was very personalized. The food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends. The prices were affordable and the portions were generous. Keep up the great work!

This place is so awesome . I love their hand rolls and their bread pudding is THE BEST . I crave this place all the time . They accidentally called me the other day and my boyfriend and I took that as a sign we need to go back ASAP.
Rating is for the memory of a great meal there with family in February 2020. I was anxious to get back. After trying call many times yesterday to make a reservation, I am told they are closed. Someone please prove me wrong!
Very well kept and convenient place. They provide big meals and for reasonable rates. I loved the menu very much and the waiters were very affable and explanatory. Will definitely recommend this spot.
I was hoping with the name Fusion that we would be in for a culinary treat there wasn't much Fusion going on and the menu was quite limited.
