The only downsides were that the wooden chairs were quite hard and uncomfortable for relaxing, and the air conditioning or fans were too chilly for an already cold night. Other than that, the service was fantastic and the food was incredible, making it almost worth the price. My favorite was the double salmon roll (bottom left in the photo) and the silver dragon roll (bottom right) was amazing too. The Sacramento roll was slightly over-fried (top), and the rainbow roll (middle) was just okay. Overall, it was a great experience!
On March 2, 2033, after renewing my driver's license at the Carmichael DMV, I decided to treat myself to lunch at Silver Sake. Having previously enjoyed dinner here with a group, I knew the quality was excellent. Today, I chose the bento box from the menu—it offered a generous portion at a very reasonable price. From the moment I walked in, the sushi chef and staff greeted me warmly. Great food and friendly service at Silver Sake!
I've been to this restaurant for lunch twice, and I usually go for the $8 lunch box, with drinks available for an additional charge. The meal is quite filling, featuring soup, salad, rice, and two main dishes. For instance, one time I enjoyed a California roll with four pieces and roughly an ounce and a half of sesame chicken.
Every time I visit Silver Sake, everything goes smoothly. The fire rolls are amazing, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, this time the service didn’t meet my expectations. Our meals didn’t arrive together, which was disappointing since I wanted to enjoy eating with my family simultaneously. That’s my only concern.

The garlic sauce here is incredible—I suggest adding it to everything! I also really enjoyed the chef’s special roll and the chef’s fin. Letting the chef decide my meal was a wonderful experience and it exceeded my expectations. The service was both friendly and quick. I highly recommend Silver Sake!
I’m thrilled about my tofu bento box! I can't wait to try your new vegetarian menu as well! I just wanted to share some photos of the custom vegetarian bento box they created for me. Honestly, it has the BEST TOFU IN SACRAMENTO! This place is truly a hidden gem!
I absolutely loved the food! The sushi rolls were incredibly fresh, and the presentation was outstanding. I also enjoyed the interaction between the customers and the staff behind the counter. The singing added a fun touch to the experience!
Upon our arrival at 8:30 PM, just half an hour before closing, we were greeted with warmth and inquired about our day. We couldn’t help but feel a slight twinge of guilt for arriving so close to closing time...

I'm a big fan of hidden gems, as I believe you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. However, this place fell short of my expectations. The menu included far too much mayo on the rolls for my liking!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! I've already visited twice, and I can't wait to go back again soon. The omakase rolls and all the omakase options are definitely must-tries!
