Disney really need to address things at this place or else close it altogether. We had a 3.45pm reservation and at 4.30 were still waiting for our drinks to be delivered and order to be taken. The soup starter was sent back TWICE as...it was cold and in the end we gave up. By 5.15 we had to seek out a different waiter to see if he could organise our pre paid and pre ordered dessert to go (as the parade starts at 5.30) but he said no. By 5.30 it was delivered to our table. The food was in the well below average category and the service was well below Fawlty Towers i.e non existent. This was our last meal at disneyland paris and we fancied a steak, well tye wee one (14) ribs! So we decided to try this place and we were not disappointed the food was lovely and lots of it? The steaks so good we didn't...need sauce!!! But for us it was the waiter Christian who made it for us he was funny, helpful and most of all always smiling not bad for an Italian but honestly he deserves all the credit for making this a great night for our family
in september 2022 we visited this restaurant with a family of 5. we went randomly there as it was the only restaurant that had an open reservation in the app month before our visit and it was fantastic! very tasty, friendly, comfortable! highly recommended! we. also have other restaurants, such as popular bistro chez rémy, but they were much worse. do not hesitate to visit this steakhouse.
