The food at this restaurant is good and the prices are reasonable. I got a panini and chips for 6 pounds, which was alright. I also ordered food for my friends and everyone enjoyed their meals. The salt and chilli wrap was particularly tasty. The salad box was okay, but could have had more filling. Overall, we all really enjoyed our meals and found the staff to be friendly. The service was prompt and efficient. I would rate the food and service a 5, and the atmosphere a 3.
We were given free cakes today as they felt we had had a long wait. It was a bit longer than last time but we all ordered hot food and we weren't complaining. It's such simple but great customer service like this that makes me return to good businesses. So refreshing to feel like a valued customer when so many get it wrong these days! Thank you!
