Given the 3 star rating of the hotel and its modernistic look I expected trans atlantic Euro food . I was wrong. The food is Spanish, cooked by Spanish chefs and served by Spanish waiters, and I don 't mean Manuel from Faulty Towers. If you 're Spanish isn 't too good, or non-existent like mine, you might want to ask what each dish contains. I wasn 't served the bull 's testicles that I once ordered in Slovenia but I did find that I 'd ordered belly of pork, roasted until really crispy which was fine as I often cook it for myself. Servings of vegetables whilst good aren 't the portions we expect in the UK but were adequate. There is a good wine list and the mark ups aren 't too high. I found...
