We’ve eaten at Sinju many times and previously had enjoyed both the food and the service, but today was certainly an exception. We called in an order for pickup (at 4:55) and were told it would be ready by 5:20. It was a small order: a California roll and veggie tempura. I arrived at 5:22 and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Not too unreasonable — they were busy. But when I waited an additional 30 minutes, that did feel unreasonable.
