Exploring Indian cuisines in Australia is my favorite hobby! Week ago, I visited Sizzling spices, it was a great afternoon went! A very warm welcome by the staff at the reception, and we ordered Dal-makhni, with Naan. Oh, the person, who took order was great, explained everything in good Way and listened me carefully. Regarding the food, my goodness. I have been to Punjabi daal makhni in another places, but here it was amazing. Spice level was medium and tasty! This place was absolutely appalling... We read the ratings were good so thought to stop by for lunch. Ordered vegie biryani and lamb kebab.. the customer service wasn 't that good either... Most of the items on the menu wasn 't available.. finally after delay we received the biryani ..which was basically chilli powder stir fried with saffron rice!! No flavour or salt whatsoever! Just covered in chilli powder. If they don 't know how to cook biryani they can simply remove it off the menu.. but instead they decided to provide such pathetic dishes... Even the kebab was stale and just filled with chilli powder, it had a bad stale smell to it.. only the garlic naan was somewhat satisfactory.. ser...
The best Indian restaurant in Queensland! I absolutely love the food here. The flavors and taste are exceptional, all prepared by a wonderful family. We drive over an hour just to get these curries and always take plenty home to freeze— and they freeze beautifully! Thank you so much; you truly are the best! By the way, we lived in Sydney for 10 years, and these curries are far superior to anything we had there! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Charming little Indian restaurant tucked away in the neighborhood. The butter chicken was surprisingly sweet, reminiscent of spiced honey with a lot of lemon, rather than a savory curry. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly, and the garlic naan was outstanding. I would rate it 2.5/5: great naan but disappointing curry. Food: 2, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 3.

Just the best Indian, so yum, probably the best I’ve had, especially in a suburb. They are always super polite, clean venue and 95% spot on time with orders. We come here at least weekly and I highly recommend it. Best place to have tasty india food. Awesome ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
