Skaalvenn Distillery Cocktail Lounge

Hands down one of the best cocktail experience we have ever had. The staff at Skaalvenn made us feel like we were family and they treated us to some of the best cocktails made with great attention to presentation and flavor. The owners, Tyson and Mary, have clearly poured their hearts out in building this experience and gathering a team of incredible and warm bartenders. They blend a crafted fine cocktail experience with a feeling of home which is impossible to put into words. You really have to go to experience it!

that is a great hidden gem! I was thrown away because it is stuffed in a business building, but they have many signage to lead them. a very cool atmosphere with super friendly and helpful staff. bryce and max were super cool and went over and over for our group! the drinks were delicious and very noticeable. I will definitely return! a few other things to note: they need to make a reservation, and they do not serve but have a few snack items that they can buy.

great music. amazing waiter and teamwork. the drinks sounded funny, sometimes the description to read, but my friends, we had about 90% of the drinks and they are all amazing. I love the calle ocho, the peter tosh.o, the aquavit manhattan, the beet hibiscus daiquiri. etc. I wish I had lived here so that I could come back more!

My spouse and i really enjoyed this place! Beautifully designed, fun speakeasy vibe (in the middle of an office building, but completely forget that once inside), and the drinks were very unique and delicious! We live in Mendota Heights and found the 40 minute drive well worth our time!

Has become a great favorite for great cocktails, laid back atmosphere and fantastic cocktails crafters/bartenders. Would highly recommend
