WOW! I came here on a Sunday evening when it was pretty dead, but I still thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful, scenic views of LA, and the modern music that was playing! Ahh, it just made me envision the wonderful life I will have one day surrounded bybeauty, glamour, and upscale things (TMI LOL! Nevertheless, the service was excellent and the friendly bartender informed mehow celebrities frequent this place and my glass of champagne was top notch with fresh raspberries, yum : I love Skybar and thefriendly customer service. I can't wait to come back!
I've been twice and both times really enjoyed the venue and crowd. Great spot to be. But the most recent time I went on memorial day, I had a really odd experience. I had bought a ticket but once I arrived, was told there would be a strict dress code policy. They required shorts and I had jeans on. Now something like that MUST be disclosed on the ticket, if not the event description as well. As a paying customer, I need to be made aware of these things, not surprised at the door. Overall enjoy the venue and their events however.
I had great expectations. The hotel is too noisy. In my room I constantly hear that loud bang that in some places happens whenever someone opens or closes a tap/valve, or flushes the toilet. I can also hear the noise of water running when someonetakes a shower etc. The walls are paper thin and I could hear my loud neighbors from above my room! For the rest, the place isgreat, really good design and the service is excellent.
I had a great time. Right in the center of West Hollywood. The location is fantastic. The price is not bad. My room was very clean and modern. I had a spectacular view of the hills and DTLA. The restaurant is undergoing renovation but the room serviceis available. I ordered breakfast . It was fairly good but it took much longer to get it than they told me. Otherwise everythingwent well. I will return.

Had to wait an hour to get into the bar at the hotel on Sunday at 1 pm, when we were told they opened at 11am. The bouncer said they were just waiting for somebody to turn on the music, then when when we were allowed in, the bouncer wanted $60/person just to go the bar, so dumb. There are a thousand better bars in LA then to have to go through that again.

Rooms are nice, but we?re into day 3 of having no hot water. They made us aware of their plumbing issues, and have said the hot water will return by 5pm, but this hasn?t happened the last 2 nights. I checked through the evenings up to 9pm, leaving theshower run for a few minutes each time to make sure, but no hot water.
Nice ambiance. Came in at Friday night, I arrived there about 6:00pm and the bar was almost full. They had about 20 different kinds of cocktails. I chose The Pony Remark, and it tasted great and rich. Should give it a try when next time you are around west village.

Came in on a Monday afternoon and there was no one there so nice to have the space. Good option in West Hollywood. Drinks are about $19, and gratuity is added on automatically.
Absolutely beautiful place with great views and very good service. Not for the thin-walleted, but that should be expected at a place like this.
