My husband and I decided to embark on an adventure today. We discovered Skyway Jack's through Google and wanted to try something both exotic and tasty. My husband ordered pig's brain and eggs, while I went for the steak omelette with added mozzarella cheese. I really enjoyed my omelette; it reminded me a bit of a Philly cheesesteak and was delicious. My husband found the pig's brain a bit tough to eat, but he wanted to give it a try—that’s just like him. The waitstaff were attentive, friendly, sweet, and quick to serve. The restaurant itself has a vintage, old-diner feel that my husband said reminded him of classic New York spots. The meal was very affordable overall.
Getting My Favorite Breakfast. Scrapple is not your typical fare, but if you grew up in the Philadelphia area, it probably is and you can get it here. They cook it perfectly..add your favorite kind of egg and some home fries and you are good to go. The decor' is all about pigs, they are everywhere, the people who work here are friendly and very accommodating.<br/ <br/ Lunch is pretty good too, burgers are done just right and the fries are also cooked to perfection.<br/ If you are looking for a 5 star meal, then don't come here, but if you are looking for a good meal, done in a home style way, then this is your place.

I tried it for breakfast today and it was pretty good. I ordered the meal with 2 eggs, sausage, potatoes and biscuit which was $5 something, then asked for a side of sausage gravy and had coffee as well and my bill was $13 with just over 20% tip. The food was good and service was good but the food was barely warm. The place was loud, cramped, crowded and could use a good cleaning. I think I'd be better off to go on a weekday morning when they have awesomely priced breakfast specials.

Breakfast not for the faint of heart!. This food is hearty, home cookin' at it's best. Yeah, it's sometimes sloppy and slow much like true Southern downhome food. Oh, man, those breakfast plates are something else. This is definitely not the place to go if you're watching calories or fat. Everything is layered in butter and gravy and obese happiness.

Skyway Jack's is one of the most unique breakfast places. Their potatoes aren't from some box or just a bunch of potatoes thrown together. The menu has something for everybody and it is all good. Try one of their corn muffins split and heated up on the grill then with a little touch of butter or spread....oh yeah.
Hobo Hash...mmm, so delicious! It's a fantastic spot with a wonderful atmosphere and amazing food. Be prepared to be patient, as the place is small and often busy, but trust me, you won't be let down!

This is a great little place. I remember an old school kid. Staff are friendly and helpful and everything we have ordered was delicious dishes in the house style. Would definitely return.
