My husband and I decided to go on a adventure today. We heard about skyway Jack's from Google and wanted to try something exotic, and also something delicious. My husband ordered the pig's brain and eggs, I ordered the steak omelette and addedmozzarella cheese. I enjoyed the omelette it was a little like a Philly cheese steak omelette and it was delicious. My husbandon the other hand said that the pig's brain was a little tough to eat but he had to try it cuz that's my husband. The wait staffwas very attentive very nice and sweet and prompt. Getting My Favorite Breakfast. Scrapple is not your typical fare, but if you grew up in the Philadelphia area, it probably is and you can get it here. They cook it perfectly..add your favorite kind of egg and some home fries and you are good to go. The decor' is all about pigs, they are everywhere, the people who work here are friendly and very accommodating.<br/ <br/ Lunch is pretty good too, burgers are done just right and the fries are also cooked to perfection.<br/ If you are looking for a 5 star meal, then don't come here, but if you are looking for a good meal, done in a home style way, then this is your place.
Both the original and the new locations have become beloved by locals, and through word of mouth, they've attracted tourists looking for classic Southern breakfast dishes. Breakfast not for the faint of heart!. This food is hearty, home cookin' at it's best. Yeah, it's sometimes sloppy and slow much like true Southern downhome food. Oh, man, those breakfast plates are something else. This is definitely not the place to go if you're watching calories or fat. Everything is layered in butter and gravy and obese happiness.

Skyway Jack's is one of the most unique breakfast places. Their potatoes aren't from some box or just a bunch of potatoes thrown together. The menu has something for everybody and it is all good. Try one of their corn muffins split and heated up on the grill then with a little touch of butter or spread....oh yeah.
It wasn't just a meal; it was an experience! The menu at this restaurant is fantastic! The service was friendly, and the food was excellent. Most of the dishes are homemade, which adds to the charm. If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking out Skyway Jack's.
Fantastic breakfast diner! Our meals arrived quickly and were delicious! I highly recommend the corned beef or hobo hash. We will definitely return to try more dishes. It's certainly a "greasy spoon" type of place, but both the food and service were excellent.
On Saturday morning, the restaurant was quite busy. We were seated right away. Our waitress, Taylor, was very helpful. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. We will definitely return when we're in the area again.

Hobo Hash...mmm, so delicious! It's a fantastic spot with a wonderful atmosphere and amazing food. Be prepared to be patient, as the place is small and often busy, but trust me, you won't be let down!
