I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this place is truly beyond words! First off, the food was absolutely outstanding. That's great on its own, but what made the experience even more memorable was seeing the chef and owner come out in his white Nikes to shake hands with everyone. That was really heartwarming! As he walked around, he also acknowledged his employees with a friendly pat on the shoulder, recognizing their hard work. They have their own winery in Santa Barbara, and it made me think about how the owner enjoys life with his wife, making wine and just being a regular guy. The restaurant offers a concise but impressive selection of wines at reasonable prices, typical for a steakhouse. The food is quite tasty; I especially enjoyed the crab cake, steak tartare, and onion rings. The steaks are fantastic, and the service is attentive. However, the indoor ambiance can be quite loud, and some of the four-person tables feel a bit cramped. Despite these minor issues, I will definitely return in the future!
The food here is absolutely delicious, and the staff is both nice and friendly. The entertainment is also enjoyable. However, everything is a bit on the pricey side. We sampled the panko-crusted filet of sole, pork chop, fish stew, and the squash blossom, all of which were fantastic. I definitely recommend giving this place a try at least once. Food: 5/5.
The food was generally good, but I was a bit disappointed. Even though the menu stated that all steaks come with twice-baked potatoes and vegetables, they initially served me fries. After mentioning the mistake, they did bring me my potato, but there were no vegetables included. I ended up sharing my son's vegetables, which were fantastic!

Absolutely perfect. The service, food and beverages were exciting fresh and delicious. The service was fun and engaging with the attention from all employees including the chef owner and GM. I have been in the restaurant business for 30 years and I have to say this was one of the best I have experienced. A must if you're in the area......
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, as they truly catered to my daughter, making our dining outing memorable. Kid-friendliness: The staff was incredibly patient with her; they even prepared a Shirley Temple for her, and she got to try steak tartare for the first time! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100.
The best dining experience! Great fresh seafood and perfectly cooked steak. My husband and I drove 1 hour to get there and it was well worth the trip. Absolutely delicious and we will be back. Slay wine was TOP.
The scallops and succotash that came with it were delicious! I would highly recommend.
