I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I arrived with a reservation on my phone, but they claimed they couldn't find it in their system. The staff weren't helpful at all, and their rudeness really put a damper on our special day, especially since it was Valentine's Day and we couldn't find another available restaurant. One of the workers, Lydia, was particularly unhelpful and seemed indifferent to our situation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

We had an excellent couple of hours at the bottomless brunch. Our waitress, Evie, was fantastic and made our experience truly enjoyable. The food was delicious, and everyone loved it. This bottomless brunch was much better than Turtle Bay; the Prosecco was a significant improvement over what they serve. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
