If I could judge 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service on the planet for this particular location. Only two people work and they went in the back and hid. Several people wait in the line to order food. All the people waiting in the line were not service. You tried to say hello and nobody came. A person even opened the door to the kitchen and cried? Hello and nobody came out. Cook went through her order window and made eye contact with the last customer stand and went away. Luckily, we ordered our food before it happened, but we've experienced this whole thing. Bathrooms were disgusting and so the building was generally. Very unacceptable and disappointing experience. I came as a delivery driver and the cashier never recognized me or asked for my order. I could say they were busy, so I waited until things were calmed. After asking about my order, he tells me that it must be entered if this particular order is not set for the order or payment. So I didn't stand there for any reason and that could have been fixed by asking me to put the order for each pick-up if he knew. Very disappointed. If you are busy recognizing each person and asking for their patience and not ignoring them, a long way goes.

Completely devoid of any management whatsoever. No one at the front counter. 15 people in line. One person making shakes who is oblivious to the presence of anyone else and was working at a glacial pace. I had to retrieve my meal myself. 37 minutes I was done with my meal and had still not received my shake. If you can?t hire someone to run the restaurant then you should not open the restaurant. Indescribably bad

On Friday night he was really understated. A cashier had to make milkshakes. Even with not many people, the line was really fast secured. The food seemed too expensive for what it was. Hold on to the burger and you will be good, do not get your heart put on the milkshake (heavy and fake tasting) or frits (thin and greasy). Réservez une table maintenant

First time here! Pretty good burger, fried were a little cold, but very tasty! This place needed to do a little clean up though. The drink station was NASTY and the tables weren't that clean. There were only 2 people in the place when I was there. Still, good food!

Pros, a little less expensive Than 5 dudes. Lobby is cleaner and calmer than 5 dudes. Cons. This location was understaffed with 2 people working. But it's Sunday afternoon so I can wait. Overall it was fine

I had a delicious truffle chicken sandwich with mushrooms and sweet potatoes. Advice: Order online in advance and get it yourself to save money. They are short and many restaurants are on the same question. Réservez une table maintenant

We had Smashbirher years ago and I was not impressed. Today is a whole new story. The burger was great and NOT GROSS. The Pommes alone were an adventure of taste for my mouth. Again.

I love Smashburger and was sad when the location of Chanhassen was closed. The food was good in Plymouth, but the women's bath looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months.
