Smashburger - Réservation de table

I'm honestly frustrated to say that I've seen this place decline. I used to love their smash burgers, but the current management just doesn’t seem to care. The truffle burger I ordered was dry and lacking truffle sauce, and the smash burgers were excessively greasy. I had to ask for my drinking cup four times and was met with attitude each time. I also requested blue cheese for my wings, but it never came. I really hate to see this place fall apart, but I definitely won’t be returning.

Ive been here during lunch and dinner and it was always great. But the late night crew is terrible, they talk to each other unprofessionally, they toss people orders around cause they rather talk and fall behind on orders then do their jobs , the wait is uncomfortable and when they finally give you your order its meet with more unprofessional behavior, staff like that dont deserve even minimum wage

Taking 35minutes to make a burger that was over cooked either cold onion rings and a milkshake that was mostly milk and not mixed well. Don't recommend as it really wasn't even busy and still waited 35 minutes for a burger place to make a burger. McDonald's has better services and product at a lower cost.

I was hanging with the family and had an amazing time in Smash Burger. The food was hot, the lady in the register delivered great customer service, and the gentlemen who brought our food to us was really a blessing. Great staff that was curious, professional and friendly! Thank you. Réservez une table maintenant

The staff tends to socialize a lot and form relationships with other employees, which can come across as unprofessional. Additionally, the manager struggles with scheduling, resulting in a lack of allotted break times for employees working double shifts.

The food we ordered was terrible. The chicken was undercooked, the bacon was also undercooked, and the fries were cold. On top of that, the prices were completely outrageous! We couldn't eat 75% of our meal. This was both unacceptable and unsafe.

Not very impressive. The French fries were lacking; they tasted just like McDonald's fries. The burger was dry and overly crispy, with flavor that mostly came from the spices. The milkshake tasted like melted ice cream mixed with fabric softener.

Typically, this restaurant is great, but I advise against ordering late. I ended up with a leftover burnt burger that was overcooked to the point where there was hardly any meat left. It's hard to believe someone would serve that! Réservez une table maintenant

It's a nice place to stop by and grab a bite. Greatest part is, they show the calories pet item for a healthier approach! Wheelchair access is available and parking is no problem as it is a unit connected to a few other companies.

The burgers and cheese were overcooked. The BBQ bacon burger had no BBQ sauce and only a half slice of bacon. The fries were cold and soggy. The kids' cheeseburgers lacked flavor. I won't be ordering from here again.
