This is a tasty burger. Good flavors and put together nicely. Great bun. Service was a tad slow but the place was busy. I read the other reviews and wonder what people are thinking and what's supposed to happen. If you order your food delivered by a stranger, there is your problem to begin with. Get off your lazy butt and go to a restaurant. Support these places more than calling it in and then complaining about it. As far as the comments of portion size, this burger will put you into a coma...not sure what that guy wants either...go to burger King next time. Anyways, this is a legit place. Just try it.
I visited a smash burger for the first time, and the burger had excellent flavor and was cooked perfectly. The fries were just average—nothing exceptional, just your typical fries. Unfortunately, the restaurant was a bit messy and disorganized, with some trash on the floor. It seemed challenging to manage cleaning and taking orders with only two staff members working on a Saturday night. On a positive note, the restroom was quite clean. I'm sure I'll give another smash burger a try in the future.
Unfortunately, our visit to this Smashburger was very disappointing. Our order was completely wrong despite requesting simple changes, like no tomatoes on one burger and spicy mayo on another. The buns were prepared incorrectly, and the ingredients were all mixed up. The burger quality was below average, and the bacon tasted boiled. Overall, it was a waste of time and money. We've had better experiences at other Miamisburg locations and cannot recommend this one. We won’t be coming back.
I called the staff on Friday night (8/5)! After coming out of a rough patch, I had been craving Smashburger for weeks. Even though it was just 30 minutes before closing, my pregnancy cravings won me over. The manager and everyone on the team were incredibly courteous and friendly, making the experience wonderful. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality, and the delicious meal really made my day. Thanks again!

I visited Smashburger to compare it with Freddy's. The staff was friendly. However, my tater tots arrived greasy. A gentleman came by to check on me, and when I mentioned the tots were unpleasant, I showed him the greasy pile. He promptly replaced them, and I was pleased because the new ones tasted much better! I even left a tip. I'm still undecided about which is better—Smashburger or Freddy's!
I recently visited Smashburger for the first time and had an amazing experience! I only wish there was a location nearer to my home. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and patient. The menu offered delicious options that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely be coming back soon.
Staff was nice. bacon burger -fries weren?t what I thought would be. Overall the food was okay. The staff was helpful. They went above and beyond on helping me. My only complaint was the fries tasted soggy which was disappointing.

The burgers are fantastic, but it’s not my favorite restaurant because the prices are too high for me to consider it my go-to spot. I’d prefer to go to Culver's or Steak 'n Shake, where I can enjoy a meal at a lower price.
