The food at this restaurant is exceptional, but I've encountered a persistent issue with the accuracy of phone orders. My husband once placed a specific order for my burger in person, requesting only lettuce, BBQ sauce, and onions, yet it was messed up four times. Even when the manager personally took the order, it still didn’t come out correct. On one occasion, they even added an ingredient that we hadn’t requested. Now, I find myself with an incorrect order that has mayo on it, despite the receipt clearly stating "NO MAYO." It would be helpful for the staff to receive better training in attention to detail, or perhaps they should consider hiring people who are more careful.
I haven't had a good experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I've visited multiple times, and there's always been some kind of issue. On one occasion, my burger was incorrectly prepared three times, and instead of an apology, I was met with an attitude from the staff, as if it were my fault. Another time, I waited over 30 minutes for a simple meal. It seems like the restaurant is understaffed, leading to forgotten orders and long wait times. I would recommend they hire more staff and work on enhancing service efficiency. While the food is decent, I don't think I'll be returning due to the lengthy waits.
We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, with terrible service and subpar food. The fries were awful, and none of the dishes we ordered met our expectations, yet we were charged the full price. As first-time visitors, we definitely won’t be returning. The staff appeared disorganized and untrained, making our experience even worse. To top it off, the soda machine was empty, and no one could figure out how to fix it. This place really could benefit from new staff and a new chef. Overall, we were extremely disappointed.
I had a wonderful experience on my first visit to Smashburger! The Smash Ambassadors welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like the only customer, even though it was busy during lunchtime. The staff was friendly, energetic, and professional, making me feel completely at ease—truly as if I were a regular! As for parking, there was ample space in a well-lit and conveniently laid-out lot.

I work right next to this Smashburger and recently decided to give it a shot during my lunch break. I absolutely love the food and especially the milkshakes! They really satisfy me before I return to work. When I place an online order for pickup, my food is always ready in a flash, which is fantastic! Overall, I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 – it’s truly an impressive experience!
The staff is friendly, but it's clear that quick service isn't a focus here. It’s frustrating to see delivery drivers waiting for orders that haven't even started being prepared. Perhaps it would be a good idea to assign someone to manage pickup and delivery orders? While I suggest improving the organization, please refrain from condescending; we understand the situation.
I had a craving for a juicy burger and came across Smashburger. It was my first visit, and I was truly impressed. I went for the kids' cheeseburger meal with sweet potato fries (got to watch my budget, haha!). Dequan offered outstanding service, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. I will definitely be back!
Absolutely disappointing! The food was poorly prepared, and I paid for extra toppings that never showed up. To add insult to injury, the haystack onions were burnt, and my container of large fries was only half full! The fries were so greasy that the bag started leaking. I would rate this place a 0 out of 10!

I ultimately requested a refund, which they processed. However, after nearly an hour of waiting only to learn that my order never went through was incredibly disappointing. This was my first experience at Smashburger, and after this, it is likely to be my last!
