Smiley's Happy Place

Drinks way to expensive, slow service, and I feel they serve only there friends first . Also, I was there during happy hour and still was charged full priced. Would not recommend going to this established. I was a manager for buffalo wild wings in green bay, and if my employees treated customers that way they would have been either reprimanded or fired. Drug testing is needed. You have a good location but your to igorent to see this.

Really a hole in the wall. I was curious about the building. I didn't know it was a bar until I got in. Interesting place
