I took our daughter and granddaughters to Smokey Bones to celebrate two of their birthdays. We should have walked out the door after waiting for close to ten minutes to be seated. It wasn't crowded, in fact I was surprised at how few people were there for lunch at noon. Our daughter had never been there before so she wanted to wait. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly, especially the general manager, who was both polite and welcoming. Our server was also very kind and attentive, making our experience enjoyable.

The late-night menu is quite impressive! Unfortunately, they had run out of a few items by the time we arrived later in the day, but the staff was incredibly kind and professional.
