Shocked with how bad the order was treated.I ordered a 3 meat plate. They ran out of 2 of the meats and said don 't worry we 'll give extra ribs . I got 7 tiny ribs instead of the usual portion of 3-4 to make up for all the food lost on the meat plate. Pictured is the entire complement of meat given. To make up for two lost entrees. Seriously, that 's what they think the whole meat plate should be. Cheap beyond belief. Will never order again.
This restaurant offers traditional smoked meats made on-site, and the sauces are delicious. The side portions are generous, and the baked potatoes are enormous—perfect for sharing. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, with plenty of TVs and a good selection of beer and wine. The service is friendly and quick. Everything was great, except for the toast, which was a bit too thin. We had so much food that we ended up taking half of it home!
My husband, daughter, her fiancé and I came in as we were walking by to go to a nearby store. Today we are visiting various BBQ catering for their future wedding. JP assisted us and provided great service. We all shared the brisket, chicken, pulled pork and many sides. We loved all the food and sauces and appreciate JP’s guidance and information that he provided to us regarding their catering service were outstanding.
I had an incredible lunch special! I ordered the pulled pork and sampled two BBQ sauces: Caroline’s Smokehouse and Sweet Heat. I prefer the milder sauces without spices or chili flakes, and both were delicious. The portion size was great, and parking was easy, with plenty of other eateries in the area. I ordered a delivery brisket , pull pork, brisket chill Mashed Potatoes .The Potatoes had a hair in it. I called the store and was told that it was not their fault thats how they got it. WE don't make the Mashed Potatoes here.Also, the brisket and pulled pork arrived cold, the brisket chill had more beans than brisket. One STAR was too high of rate 00, which is what they decide.
Unfortunately, my day ended on a disappointing note. The coupons stated they could be used in-store, but that wasn't the case. My giant potato, which came with brisket (mostly fat), was served ice cold. The cheese didn’t even begin to melt, let alone change shape. I ate it simply because I was hungry. Hopefully, I'll have a better experience next time and can provide an update.
This evening I wanted something different and thought of bbq but I was a lil skeptical at first being a “big chain restaurant.” The Food is really good, who ever owns this establishment actually cares about the quality. Only down side was no Mac and cheese left so I’m going to have to go in person next time.
Super friendly, fast service and great bbq! Loved the music they had playing and that we were able to watch USA Hockey win World Juniors while we ate. Réservez une table maintenant
