The smoothies are always great and we normally have no problems with staff but today was something else. The guy at the drive thru was clearly under the influence of something. First off, he greeted me by saying welcome to smoothie palace. which Ithought was really strange but brushed it off as him just misspeaking. He did it again though when he handed me my smoothies andcalled them something completely different. This restaurant has incredibly unprofessional staff. They fail to greet customers or show any appreciation, which made my coworkers and me feel as if we were inconveniencing them while ordering our 32 oz smoothies every day for a month. Additionally, they struggle with applying the $2 discounts from the app and don't seem to grasp how to implement the $4 discount available after 4 PM. If you're in search of below-average customer service, this is the place to go. You've lost our business; my colleagues and I have all decided not to return.
This place has the most unprofessional employees they don't say hello or thank you it feels like me and my co workers were bothering them when purchasing 32 oz smoothies everyday for a month straight. Never seen the so called new manager . She is so rude and yelled at me in the drive thru as I was driving off. So unprofessional. App needs a serious upgrade and not a 30 minute order window. This location is going downhill. Don't think I will be back after this. I will find another location to spend my money.
No sense of urgency. Smoothies were good but had to have them remade, since it was made incorrectly first time. Asked to use my rewards to get some off but staff didnt know how to redeem it to give me the discount.
Considering the prices, I expected the staff to pay more attention to what I was saying and asking. I was left unimpressed.
I want to love this place because the smoothies are great but my gawd the customer service sucks. Every time.
