Good service is really slim these days! I placed an online order during what seemed like obvious peeks times so I honestly didn 't expect my smoothie to be ready at the promised time (an automatic grace) I decided to go inside to wait for my order! I then noticed after about 5 minutes of waiting for my order to either be placed in the online bin or for my name to be called that mostly everyone that 'd checked out in my brief time of waiting had cleared the inside! I then inquire about my order and was ignored until a young lady came up and acknowledged me! My order hadn 't even been acknowledged although it was hanging in plain view with other online orders! The sense of urgency was most certainly NOT there and there 's no accountability...just more like be glad we 're fulfilling your order and get the hell on! Pretty awful nowadays as this is the general consensus of most businesses and/or their staff! Sad times!
I have come to this smoothie king several times never had a problem. But this one time it was a rude worker. There was a problem and I told her to throw it away. But instead gave it to another customer (who was making sure she got it by the way) for FREE after I paid for it and told her to throw it away. Instead of making us another for free she want to charge us. I don’t think it’s fair we had to pay again while she gave it to another woman for free after I said throw it away. I will NOT be coming back to this location anymore. I have went to plenty of smoothie kings where they have made it over with no problem so why couldn’t they do it here!!
I love Smoothie King. I hadn't gone there in a while but I'm glad I went recently. The workers were nice and speedy. The smoothie was delicious. I purchased a 40oz peanut butter and chocolate smoothie for a bit under $10 that served as my breakfast and lunch. It took me 2 hours to finish it but it sustained me until dinner. I'll be going back soon.
