I was a consistent customer and has been drinking smoothie-king for a long time. But the experience I had today was terrible and humiliating. At this point (1501A Cornerside Blvd, Vienna, VA 22182), today at 19:30, the girl who took the order was initially so ignorant. I asked her to make a smoothie with light ice, as it was for my mother, who gets slightly cold, which was totally ignored and gave me a normal ice smooth. When I came back to complain about it, she was so arrogant and told me she was? ll make me a smoothie without ice then and gave me a 20 oz cup filled almost to a quarter. I've never seen such terrible customer service in my life. You're clearly hired. Not only was the staff over rude and had absolutely no sense of hospitality, but my smoothie was disgusting. It tasted like all fruits in it was bad, completely unnoticed. When I called back to ask how to go over a refund, the boy on the phone was just as bad as the girl I met in the store. Would NIE give this place back my money. Owners/managers should consider who hire them based on the reviews I have seen and my experience.
I dont want to be mean by putting 2 stars but the smoothie wasnt good.. you know when you leave ur frozen mangoes out so they become room temperature? Yeah thats what my Gut Health Papaya Mango Ginger tasted like. If you want a normal-tasting smoothie I recommend you try an “enjoy a treat blend” or something T_T Also it was so overpriced, small bad smoothie for $8. Atleast the protein bar selection was nice..
Popped in slightly after lunch to place an order. Noticed the young lady pushing a mop/mop bucket with gloves on. Asked her if she was cleaning and she stated that she was not BUT was about to. Informed her that I would feel much more comfortable if I saw her change gloves and then wash her hands. Every time I get to the Tysons site, the staff was consistently bad. Customer service is terrible. The staff (young woman in the register and young man who mixes the smoothies) is slow when there are no other customers. Not friendly. The smoothie tastes shortages. This time it tasted as if there was not enough time to mix the ingredients, etc.
Just left the place. Service is less then 0 star. We walked in and the 2 ladies who were working didn?t even turn their head to see who walked in or to say Hi. If I didn?t call their attention we would probably still waiting for them. They definitely hate their job!
A1 service. I come every day and the staff always knows what I want. Brianna is very friendly and knowledgeable about every single taste of smoothie!! I recommend her great service and enthusiasm.
Meh. Not worth your coins. This shopping center overall is disappointing with customer service lacking. I?m starting to think Dunkin, Smoothie King and Jersey Mike?s are under similar management?
