Finally an authentic Asian restaurant in the valley. Everything has a home cooked feel to it and flavors are on point! We started off with the dumplings and spring roll. Both were delicious but the dumplings stood out because of the complex flavors. You get a little bit of spicy but sweet sauce covering deliciously handmade dumplings. It just makes you want to eat more. We also got the firecracker shrimp, which actually had more of a spicy kick than the dumplings. The sauces make the shrimp really tasty. I just finished attending your establishment and my brother was embarrassed when claiming a free meal I had purchased something but he didn’t and he was trying to claim a free meal that was donated. This was so unprofessional and disgusting I would have never believed that this would happen to my brother. I feel like there was no policy displayed on the bulletin board and just created your own rules as you go. I will tell people about this experience. My son Ricky had seen Snowbite on Tik Tok! This was a must for him, and he tried a potato and cheese Korean Corndog with a cheesecake boba drink! Food was absolutely amazing and the service was phenomenal! I definitely encourage everyone to come try their food! Snow Bite even has a “Books and Boba” corner where you can read while you are here! They really need to be more open about their policy with the pay it forward program. There is no policy that states anything about regulations that need to be met regarding the donated meals and how dare they think just because one pays one is not suffering financially? The food was ok (I only had the beef pho) but the server kept getting my order wrong and by the 3rd time I corrected her she confronted me and then went to the back to fix my order after that the rest of the staff kept giving me a weird look and made me feel uncomfortable. I personally wouldn't go back, if you still want to try it I'd recommend ordering online and picking it up Meal type: Lunch
Ordered Pho with thin sliced beef. This was a to go order. Totally disappointed when I got home. I should give it zero stars. I gave it one star because the broth was still hot when I got home. The broth was mediocre in flavor. No cilantro, no basil, no green onions. I received noodles, bean sprouts and jalapeno. Won't be returning here. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
While the food was good, it took some time to get it also very expensive if you want dinks and food. Pho was great. My kids loved the book section while we were waiting. We got our drinks after our food so we were not happy with that. But all in all food was tasty for me. Two others I was with did not like it, but I'm happy they tried something new. Food: 4
The pho was disgusting , the beef was like a spongy texture and the corn dogs literally tasted like the ones you buy and freeze at home . We payed $50 for it never again , the staff was literally just there and were like lazy for anything and when I asked for an extra spoon the waiter looked so bothered and confused like? If you are trying to get people to come and try your food, then don’t close it for private events. You should still offer to go services at least. It seemed like they closed for their own family event. You need consistency in your hours of operations, another suggestion is to have your gathering outside of the regular operating hours.
