I felt compelled to give a 5-star rating because my recent experience truly restored my faith in humanity. I accidentally forgot to request no granola for my acai bowl, and just as the woman was about to bag it, I realized my mistake. As a regular customer of both this, and the Lindenhurst location I am always greeted with a smile and friendly hello.The second I open the door I am hit with a aroma of fresh fruits and delicious treats. The store is always so clean, and welcoming. Kendal one of the usual employees I run into is a sweetheart. She is knowledgeable, fast, and friendly.I will happily come back to any location she, and her team is at, love the store !

The acai bowls are amazing, but the customer service could use some improvement. They often close earlier than expected, and when I call about 30 minutes before closing, I rarely get an answer. Even if they do pick up, I'm required to place my order online and pick it up myself, which is quite frustrating. I've encountered issues with the customer service at several locations. I normally love this place because my job bill orders from here and it’s always full (even without granolas)! I’m very confused. Did I get a kids size or regular? What is the point of paying $10 for a half filled bowl. Will not be coming to this location again. If this happens again in farmingdale I’ll just go and take the longer drive to bango bowl in massapequa

Very disappointed. Get from here at least once a week and always good but the last few times I was not loving it. Got Nut Free granola (even said NF on my cup) but nope there were nuts. The strawberries are black and not fresh. Also the granola is COMPLETELY STALE!! Pretty hard to screw up an açaí bowl but they sure did!

We consistently have a fantastic experience at this restaurant! Today, Ariana helped us, and she was very knowledgeable about all of our questions. I highly recommend it—definitely a 10 out of 10! The food is exceptionally fresh and delicious.
