I was quite disappointed with my experience at Sobol. I stopped by around 4 PM on April 23, 2025, and found the counter staff to be noticeably unfriendly. The customer service left much to be desired without any clear reason. It's concerning that such employees are representing Sobol. Rather than focusing on the customers, they appeared more engaged in having fun and using inappropriate language in the back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian recommendation: Unsure. Wheelchair accessibility: I believe it may not be accessible, but I can't remember clearly. I recall that there are stairs at the entrance, but I’m not certain if a ramp for wheelchair users is available.
