I have visited this restaurant a few times and have consistently experienced slow service. The employees often seem annoyed for no apparent reason. During my last visit, I ordered a smoothie that was advertised as 50% off in their window. However, I was informed that the discount was only available with a coupon, even though the sign did not mention this requirement. Furthermore, I was told that the discount was not applied because corporate had not updated the computer system. It is frustrating to see items advertised as discounted during certain hours when that is not actually the case. While the food has always been decent, it is on the pricier side and the service is lacking.
My team and I typically get lunch at this restaurant every week. Today, I purchased one of their $4.00 protein bars and found it to taste like bleach and soap, which made me very ill. This is alarming. The manager did not even offer a refund or any gesture to make me feel better after experiencing such an unpleasant situation that felt like being poisoned.
The worst place to get açai bowl. The fruits are basically gone bad as you can see in the photo and they pour so much granola that you barely taste açai. Just taste plan nasty! I didn’t know it was possible for fruit taste bad! I don’t recommend anyone coming here.
This location is very close to me so I'll sometimes stop in for a smoothie or a smoothie bowl and it never disappoints. I especially love the green smoothie.

I was worried about the negative comments but maybe they changed the açaí bowl I ordered was overloaded with fresh fruit and it was delicious.
Had the best acai bowl with peanut I ever tasted today! My bowl was delicious and satisfying and the service was friendly and fast too.
Jaylene and Eileen made our 4 acai bowls quickly without sacrificing quality. Def recommend the service. Place looks like new inside
The açaí bowl was good, but it took so long and there was barely any workers. Sobol-melville should consider hiring more people.
